Archify is an AI-powered mobile application that provides interior and exterior design visualization services. The app allows users to upload photos and generate design variations using artificial intelligence technology.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, All activities that occur under your account, Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: Upload images you do not have rights to use, Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service, Upload malicious content or viruses, Resell or redistribute AI-generated content without proper licensing, Misrepresent the source of AI-generated designs as original human work.
5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: AI-generated designs are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. They are NOT construction-ready plans or architectural specifications. Generated designs may contain imperfections or unrealistic elements. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to match user expectations. Professional consultation with licensed architects and designers is recommended before implementing any design changes.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using Archify, you grant us a license to process your images using AI. AI-generated designs are provided for your personal use. Commercial use may require additional licensing. Our app, algorithms, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Archify offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Subscription terms: Premium features require an active paid subscription, Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled, Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable app store policies, Prices are subject to change with notice. Cancellation can be managed through your device app store settings.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Archify is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process uploaded images solely for generating your requested designs. We implement security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Limitation of Liability
Archify is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: Errors or imperfections in AI-generated designs, Decisions made based on AI visualizations, Any damages resulting from construction based on AI designs, Loss of data or images, Service interruptions or downtime. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for subscriptions in the past 12 months.
10. Professional Disclaimer
Archify does not provide professional architectural, engineering, or construction services. AI-generated designs are conceptual only. Always consult licensed professionals before: Starting any construction or renovation project, Making structural changes, Finalizing design specifications, Making significant financial commitments based on AI visualizations.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
