1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AutoMod mobile application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AutoMod is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic car modification visualizations. Users upload photos of their vehicles and select aftermarket parts (wheels, spoilers, wraps, paint, decals, and more), and the App uses advanced AI to create images showing how those modifications would look on their exact vehicle.

3. AI Generation Limitations

Our artificial intelligence system generates images based on visual analysis of uploaded vehicle photos. Please understand:

• Generated images are AI-created visualizations and may not be 100% accurate representations of real-world results
• Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, vehicle angle, and modification details
• The AI cannot guarantee perfect fitment, color accuracy, or appearance matches
• Generated images are for inspiration purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing decisions
• Real-world fitment, paint tone, and lighting conditions may differ from AI-generated previews
• We continuously improve our AI, but complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed

4. Image Rights and Ownership

Regarding the photos and images you use in the App:

• You retain all rights to your vehicle photos
• Generated modification images created by the App belong to you
• You may share generated images at your discretion
• Do not upload images of vehicles that do not belong to you without the owner's consent
• Do not upload copyrighted or trademarked content without permission
• We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable data to improve our AI models

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, including saving builds to your Garage, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or non-consensual content
• Upload copyrighted or trademarked content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair our services
• Use generated images to misrepresent vehicle conditions for sales or advertising

7. AutoMod Pro Subscriptions and Payments

AutoMod offers Pro subscriptions for unlimited AI generations. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• AutoMod Pro is available as Weekly, Monthly, and Annual subscriptions
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
• We may change subscription prices with advance notice; price changes apply to the next billing cycle
• Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before expiration

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, AI models, modification catalog, and functionality are owned by 00lar Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The aftermarket parts catalog is curated for visualization purposes only and does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with any parts manufacturer.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We process your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• Your vehicle photos and generated images are stored securely
• You can request deletion of your personal data at any time
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information

10. Modification Disclaimer

AutoMod is a visualization tool for inspiration purposes only. Important disclaimers:

• We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated images
• Always consult with a qualified automotive professional before making real modifications
• Actual part fitment, compatibility, and appearance may differ from AI previews
• We do not sell, manufacture, or distribute any automotive parts
• Vehicle modifications may affect warranty, insurance, or legal compliance in your jurisdiction

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Saved builds and generated images may be deleted upon account termination.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for any vehicle modifications or purchases made based on generated images
• Generated images are approximations and should be verified with professionals before committing to modifications

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
