By downloading, installing, or using the BetterYou+ mobile application ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
BetterYou+ is a personal wellness assistant that uses artificial intelligence to: • Help you track and analyze your emotional states • Provide personalized wellness recommendations • Support habit building and goal tracking • Offer insights based on your mood patterns • Deliver a comprehensive wellness experience The App is designed to support your personal growth and well-being.
To use BetterYou+, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You agree to use BetterYou+ only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Use the App to harm yourself or others • Share false or misleading information • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App • Use the App for any commercial purposes without authorization • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Share your account with others
IMPORTANT: BetterYou+ IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE OR REPLACEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE. The App provides general wellness information and AI-powered insights but: • Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment • Should not be used for emergency situations • Cannot replace consultation with licensed healthcare professionals • Is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services immediately. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.
BetterYou+ uses artificial intelligence to analyze patterns and provide recommendations. However: • AI analysis may not always be accurate or complete • Recommendations are general guidance, not professional advice • The App cannot understand complex individual circumstances • AI-generated insights should be considered as suggestions only • You should use your own judgment when following recommendations We continuously improve our AI, but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy.
BetterYou+ may offer subscription plans with premium features: • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled • You will be charged through your app store account • Cancellation must be done through your app store settings • Refunds are subject to app store policies • Prices may change with notice • Premium features are subject to availability Free trial periods may be offered, converting to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.
All content, features, and functionality of BetterYou+ are owned by us and protected by: • Copyright laws • Trademark laws • Other intellectual property rights You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your personal data and journal entries remain your property.
Your privacy is important to us. By using BetterYou+, you consent to our data collection and use as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of content you create in BetterYou+ (journal entries, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us: • License to process your content to provide services • Right to use aggregated, anonymized data for improvements • Ability to analyze patterns to enhance AI capabilities We will never share your personal journal entries or identifiable information without your consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms • Engage in fraudulent activity • Misuse the App or its features • Fail to pay applicable fees You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease, and your data may be deleted according to our retention policies.
BetterYou+ is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free operation • Specific results or outcomes • Accuracy of AI analysis • Compatibility with all devices To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or profits • Personal injury or emotional distress • Decisions made based on App recommendations Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through: • In-app notifications • Email to your registered address • Update to the 'Last Updated' date Continued use of BetterYou+ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the App.
