Calorify is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and provide nutritional information, including calorie estimates. The App is designed to help users track their food intake and make informed dietary decisions.

IMPORTANT: Calorify is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The nutritional information provided by the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

  • The App's AI analysis may not be 100% accurate and should not be relied upon for medical decisions
  • If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions, consult your doctor before using this App
  • In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

4. AI Analysis Limitations

Our artificial intelligence system provides estimates based on visual analysis of food photos. Please understand:

  • Nutritional information is estimated and may not be completely accurate
  • Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and food preparation methods
  • The AI cannot detect all ingredients, especially hidden ones like oils, seasonings, or additives
  • Portion size estimates may not be precise
  • We continuously improve our AI, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for any health consequences resulting from use of the App

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
