2. Description of Service
Grid Blast is a classic block puzzle mobile game where players drag blocks onto a grid to fill and clear rows and columns. The game includes a free tier with advertisements and a premium Pro tier that removes ads.
3. User Accounts
An account may be required to use certain features such as cloud saves or leaderboards. You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, All activities that occur under your account, Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service, Use cheats, exploits, or automation software, Manipulate leaderboards or high scores through illegitimate means, Reverse engineer or decompile the application.
5. Game Content and Limitations
IMPORTANT: Grid Blast is provided for entertainment purposes only. Game progress and high scores may be lost due to device changes or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game. Performance may vary by device.
6. Intellectual Property
All game content, graphics, sounds, and branding are owned by 00lar Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the game for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the game.
7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Grid Blast offers a Pro upgrade to remove advertisements. Purchase terms: The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase or subscription depending on your selection, Purchases are processed through your device's app store, Refunds are subject to the applicable app store policies, Prices are subject to change with notice. Cancellation of subscriptions can be managed through your device app store settings.
8. Advertisements
The free version of Grid Blast displays advertisements including banner ads and interstitial ads. Advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks. You can remove advertisements by upgrading to Pro.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Grid Blast is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data necessary for game functionality and ad serving. We implement security measures to protect your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
Grid Blast is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: Loss of game progress or high scores, Service interruptions or downtime, Any issues caused by third-party ad networks, Device compatibility issues. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for in-app purchases in the past 12 months.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms. You may delete the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via the app store listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
