At 00lar Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), we operate SoulWave ("App"), an AI-guided meditation application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1.3 Microphone Audio

  • We use the microphone ONLY to convert voice to text when you describe your meditation intention
  • Audio is NOT stored on our servers - it is processed locally and immediately discarded
  • Only the resulting text is sent to our servers to generate your personalized meditation

1.4 Preferences

  • Language settings
  • Audio and narration preferences
  • Favorite meditation modes

1.5 Subscription Data

  • Managed by RevenueCat - we do not directly process or store payment data
  • We only receive confirmation of subscription status (active/inactive)

  • Provide professional voice narration through ElevenLabs
  • Create customized ambient music for your sessions
  • Maintain your session history and progress tracking
  • Authenticate your account and manage your profile

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

3.1 Firebase (Google)

  • User authentication
  • Firestore database for storing session data
  • Firebase Storage for profile photos
  • Cloud Functions for backend processing

3.2 Google Gemini AI

  • Generates personalized meditation scripts based on your intention
  • Receives only your intention text, not personally identifiable data

3.3 ElevenLabs

  • Generates professional voice narration (text-to-speech)
  • Creates ambient music for sessions
  • Only receives the generated meditation script, not personal data

3.4 RevenueCat

  • Manages subscriptions and in-app purchases
  • Processes payment data securely
  • We only receive subscription status

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers
  • We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
  • Data access is protected by Firebase security rules
  • We do not store audio recordings - only converted text for generating meditations
  • Profile photos are stored with restricted access only to your account

5. Data Retention

  • We retain your data while your account is active
  • Session history is kept for your progress tracking
  • You can request deletion of your account and data at any time
  • After account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your stored personal data
  • Correct inaccurate information in your profile
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your session history
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • File a complaint with a data protection authority

7. Children's Privacy

SoulWave is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

8. Advertising and Tracking

SoulWave does NOT use third-party advertising or tracking services for ads. We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
