Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SoulWave ("App"), operated by 00lar Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

SoulWave is an AI-guided meditation application that generates personalized sessions. The App offers:

  • AI-generated meditations based on your mood and intention
  • Professional voice narration generated via text-to-speech
  • Generative ambient music
  • Four meditation modes: Breathing, Mindfulness, Relaxation, and Custom (Pro)
  • Session tracking and progress history

2. AI-Generated Content

2.1 Nature of Content

Meditations in SoulWave are algorithmically generated by artificial intelligence. Each session is unique and created in real-time based on your inputs.

2.2 Important Limitations

  • AI-generated content is for general wellness and relaxation purposes
  • SoulWave is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
  • If you experience mental health issues, please consult a healthcare professional
  • We do not guarantee specific results from meditation sessions

2.3 Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide high-quality content, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or may not fully meet your expectations. We are not responsible for such variations.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with third parties
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Freemium Model

SoulWave offers limited free functionality and a premium subscription (SoulWave Pro) with additional features.

4.2 SoulWave Pro

  • Available as Weekly, Monthly, or Annual subscription
  • Includes Custom AI meditation mode
  • Unlimited meditation generations
  • May include a free trial period

4.3 Billing

  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal charges
  • Cancellation is done through your app store settings, not within the App

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. Contact the respective store directly to request refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

By using SoulWave, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to access data or functionality not intended for you
  • Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense App content
  • Use the App in a way that could harm, disable, or overload our systems
  • Automate access to the App without our express consent
  • Use generated content for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and underlying AI technology, is owned by 00lar Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Generated Content

Meditations generated for you are for your personal use. You may listen to and save them for private use, but you do not have the right to redistribute them commercially.

6.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of the intentions and text inputs you provide. By using them in the App, you grant us a license to process them for the purpose of generating your meditation.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SoulWave is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 00lar Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
