StyleSnap is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic virtual try-on images. Users upload their photos and clothing items, and the App uses advanced AI to create images showing how the clothing would look on them.

3. AI Generation Limitations

Our artificial intelligence system generates images based on visual analysis of uploaded photos. Please understand:

• Generated images are AI-created and may not be 100% accurate representations
• Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, angles, and clothing details
• The AI cannot guarantee perfect fit or appearance matches
• Generated images are approximations and should not be used for precise sizing
• We continuously improve our AI, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed

4. Image Rights and Ownership

Regarding the photos and images you use in the App:

• You retain all rights to your personal photos
• Generated images created by the App belong to you
• You may share generated images at your discretion
• Do not upload images of other people without their consent
• Do not upload copyrighted or trademarked clothing without permission

5. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

• Generated images are approximations and should be verified before purchase

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
