• Location Data: Only with your permission, to show nearby places and "open now" status • Usage Data: Frequency of use, features used, itineraries generated • Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique identifiers • Aggregate Analytics: Anonymous statistics about app usage

3.1 Use of Location

TripMap may request access to your location to:

• Show destinations and places near you • Calculate optimized routes between itinerary stops • Determine the "open now" status of places • Improve travel recommendations

3.2 Location Control

• Location access is completely optional • You can use TripMap without sharing your location • You can enable or disable location permissions at any time from your device settings • We do not track your location in the background

TripMap uses the Google Places API to provide real, reliable data about places, including:

All recommended places are backed by real Google Places data, not AI-invented content. AI only organizes and optimizes itineraries using verified information.

AI-generated content is based on available data and may vary. We recommend verifying hours, availability and reservations directly with establishments.

• Subscriptions automatically renew based on the selected period • You can cancel at any time before 24 hours prior to renewal • Cancellation is done from your App Store or Play Store settings

TripMap is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to use the application.
