Welcome to TripMap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TripMap application operated by 00LAR Solutions ("we", "our").

By downloading, accessing or using TripMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you should not use our application.

TripMap is a travel planning application that uses artificial intelligence to:

• Generate personalized day-by-day itineraries for any destination • Show real places backed by Google Places data • Optimize travel routes on an interactive map • Save spots and trips to your personal account

The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

3.1 Nature of Content

TripMap uses artificial intelligence to organize and optimize itineraries. Although places are backed by real Google Places data:

• Itineraries are suggestions, not guarantees • Hours, prices and availability may change • You must verify information directly with establishments

3.2 No Warranties

We do not guarantee that recommended places are open, available or meet your expectations. Recommendations are for informational and planning purposes only.

4.1 Travel Decisions

You are solely responsible for your travel decisions. TripMap is a planning tool and does not:

• Book flights, hotels or activities on your behalf • Guarantee the safety of recommended destinations or places • Take responsibility for schedule changes, closures or local conditions

4.2 Information Verification

We recommend always verifying: • Visa requirements and travel documentation • Destination safety conditions • Place hours and availability • Reservation requirements and current prices

5.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your credentials • Be responsible for all activity on your account • Notify us of any unauthorized use

5.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TripMap. Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent.

6.1 PRO Features

TripMap PRO offers premium features such as unlimited spots and trips, rich trip cards, travel passport and achievements.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store • Payment is charged upon confirming the purchase • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

6.3 Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time from your app store settings • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before renewal • No refunds are offered for partial periods, per Apple/Google policies

6.4 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

By using TripMap, you agree NOT to:

• Use the application for illegal activities • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data • Reverse engineer or decompile the application • Use bots, scrapers or other automated means • Overload or interfere with our servers • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization • Violate the terms of service of third-party providers like Google

8.1 Our Rights

All content, design, logos, trademarks and technology of TripMap are owned by 00LAR Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Third-Party Data

Place data comes from Google Places and is subject to Google's terms and rights. Photos and ratings belong to their respective owners.

8.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of the trips and itineraries you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display them as part of the service.

TripMap integrates with third-party services, including:

• Google Places and Google Maps: For place data and navigation • Apple / Google: For payment processing • AI Providers: For itinerary generation

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 00LAR Solutions will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages • Losses arising from travel decisions based on the application • Service interruptions or data loss • Inaccuracies in third-party data such as Google Places • Any issues during your trip

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 00LAR Solutions from any claims, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the application • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of third-party rights • Your travel decisions and activities

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last updated" date • We will notify significant changes through the app • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree with the new terms, you must stop using the application.

We may suspend or terminate your access to TripMap at any time if:

• You violate these Terms • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities • Your use poses a risk to other users or the service

You may stop using the application and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through the corresponding legal mechanisms.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
