3.1 Image Processing

Your photos are processed using artificial intelligence technology to create 6-second animated videos. This process includes:

• Analyzing the image to detect elements, faces and objects • Applying movement and animation effects • Generating the final video based on the selected or written idea

3.2 Photo Storage

• Photos are temporarily processed on our secure servers • Once the video is generated, original photos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours • Generated videos are stored locally on your device • If you have VivaPic PRO, you can opt to save videos to the cloud

3.3 We Do Not Share Your Photos

Your personal photos and videos are never: • Shared with third parties • Used to train AI models without your explicit consent • Sold to advertisers or any other entity

VivaPic is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to use the application.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do:
