1. Overview
Glacio is an on-device AI assistant. This policy explains how the Glacio app handles information when you use it. Glacio is designed to function without an account or an internet connection.
2. Information processed locally
Your prompts, responses, imported documents, model selections, settings, and conversation history may be stored locally on your device so the app can provide its features. This information is not transmitted to Glacio servers as part of normal offline operation.
3. Diagnostics and optional services
If you enable an optional crash report, support request, cloud model, or update service, limited technical information may be shared with the provider needed to deliver that service. Optional services are clearly identified in the app. We do not sell your prompts or personal information.
4. Device permissions
Glacio may request access to files, photos, or other device features only when you choose a feature that needs it. You can manage permissions in your device settings.
5. Children and your rights
Glacio is not directed to children under 13. Because core data remains on your device, you can delete local conversations and files through the app or your device controls at any time.
