By downloading or using Glacio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Glacio provides local AI chat and model-management features. Availability and performance depend on your device, operating system, storage, and the model selected. Some optional features may require an internet connection.
3. AI output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on Glacio for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or sharing it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Glacio to violate law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, generate harmful content, or interfere with the app or device. You are responsible for the content you enter and generate.
5. Intellectual property
Glacio, its design, branding, and software are owned by their respective rights holders. You retain rights to your inputs and may use generated output subject to applicable law and the licenses of any model you use.
6. Disclaimer and changes
Glacio is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
